I can't pay my yearly bill for the use of email because I can't access my account. I already tried to call talktalka, unsuccessfully, then what up chat, waited for hours, again no luck. Please can I have some help?

Had you set up a Direct Debit for this, @Asiak? It should go through automatically. Have you changed banks since then?
