Everymail subscription link still not working!!!

Hi support team, I’ve returned from holiday believing that you would have resolved the issue with the subscription for Everymail, but this seems not to be the case. When clicking the subscribe button at the top right of the Everymail page, it asks for my Talk Talk email and then routes me back to Talk Talk login. This is ridiculous. I have seen other comments on the support pages saying the same issue is occurring with other customers. Please explain how this is going to be resolved as we only have 3-4 weeks before accounts close as per your deadline.

@Winscombe17 If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button. You can start the thread now and I will look into it for you.

I have not received any communication from TalkTalk giving the link to be used from my tiscali account to Everymail. I have wasted a day trying to sort this.  Please can you send me the necessary information

@TarquinNibbles Great! We apologize for the error that led to communication being sent to some of our broadband customers as well as TalkTalk Mail Plus customers. As a TalkTalk Mail Plus customer, you do not need to subscribe at this time. Information regarding the migration for TalkTalk Mail Plus customers will be provided in due course. We appreciate you confirming that your emails are working properly. If you experience any issues, please feel free to contact us. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

I have edited the post since you are a TAlkTalk Mail Plus customer and are paying us for your emails, on your account I also notice that there is only one account, please confirm if you only have one email address?

Hi @TarquinNibbles Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding the Everymail subscription issue. I have reviewed your case and can confirm that you are a TalkTalk Mail Plus customer, currently paying £5.00 per month to retain your email address. As such, you do not need to subscribe to EveryMail at this time, as your existing payment covers your email services.
 

The recent communication regarding migration to EveryMail was intended for non-broadband customers who utilize our email services but have not subscribed to Mail Plus. Please note that TalkTalk Mail Plus customers are treated separately in this process. While you will eventually be migrated to EveryMail, there is currently no scheduled communication regarding this transition for TalkTalk Mail Plus customers.
 

Could you please confirm if your email address is functioning properly at the moment?
