Cannot transfer my tiscali email over to Everymail because is not accepted

I reported this to Talktalk last week and they promised it would be escalated. Today it's still the same ... if I attempt to subscribe to Everymail to keep hold of my tiscali email it simply refuses to accept payment. I've tried debit/credit cards and the direct debit option. Nothing seems to work. Calling Talktalk again today they said to contact Everymail. Everymail simply routes you back to the Talktalk subscription page where I'm having the problem. No contact number at Everymail and I cannot contact them be email because I no longer have outgoing email capability. The whole thing is broken beyond repar ...

This isn't going to be resolved is it ? After having a tiscali email address for many many years I'm going to have to transfer dozens and dozens of accounts over to a new email simply because between Talktalk and Everymail you can't sort a seemingly simple payment problem. I despair.

I noticed that the comma at the end of the link was causing problems. Without that you are routed to the Everymail front page where you must subscribe to get support. If I then click on Subscribe I'm back to the Talktalk subscription page ...

I received an email from Talktalk indicating that to continue my tiscali email I would need to subscribe to Everymail together with a link to the subscription page.

Thank you for the clarity, before all this happened, did you receive comms on your Tiscali email address advising you to subscribe or you went  own discretion to subscribe.
