have a similar issue as many other customers are experiencing
I am trying very hard to find out how I subscribe to Everymail and pay my £5 per month. I am extremely worried that I may lose all my historical e-mails if I don't pay. I've seen information in the press that you need to pay by September the 8th or your account will be deleted! This would be very damaging for me.
I cancelled my broadband contract with Talktalk in July but still wish to keep my Talktalk e-mail facility.
It looks to me like I have been "partially" migrated to Everymail as I can log on with my Talktalk e-mail address and password. There is however no facility to add direct debit details to pay the £5 per month.
Can anyone please help. I am getting desperate.
If this can't, for technical reasons, be resolved quickly can TalkTalk give me an assurance that my TalkTalk e-mails will not be deleted?

Could you please clarify whether you received any communication from us stating that you should subscribe to Everymail, or if you only learned about it through press coverage? Thank you.
