I am getting warnings that I need to subscribe to Everymail by 28 June or lose ability to send email.
Following the process kindly posted here https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Important-information-about-changes-to-your-TalkTalk-Email... I have filled in my mailboxes information in the Private Notes of my profile.
Please could TT Staff submit the webform for me so that I don't have to subscribe to Everymail and my mailboxes will continue working?

Return to the message board and click on start a topic.
It's imperative that you do this to avoid any confusion between you and the original poster of this thread.
You should put the relevant email addresses in Private Notes in the profile area, and SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond to your new topic after the weekend.

I had an instruction to change my email account to everymail, It wasn't until I signed that I was informed that it would cost £5 per month, but if my broadband was supplied by TalkTalk, It wouldn't change.
Now I find from everymail, I have to get a ticket from TalkTalk, although TalkTalk and everymail agree I won't be changed. Can you help me get this ticket and sort it out

That's the problem with doing things in such a way, an indicator here at least would have helped so that others knew it was being acted on.
