Hello, please can you help me keep my tiscali emails active. I am a current talk talk customer and do not want to lose my old emails. Ive put them both in the private notes section of my profile. Thank you. Helen.

Okay no worries I will have them linked for you, I'll escalate the issue to the back-office team, and the request should be completed within 48 hours (working days). Thanks

There's nothing in junk or received in inbox. My tiscali email isn't connected to my account for talk talk, I used a Gmail.

Please try looking in your spam folders, hence you have a problem with sending so you should have received it. Thanks

I'm not sure if I have or not. I can access my tiscali mail still but it says I can't send anything
