Tiscali email address and email account need to be linked to my TalkTalk broadband service account

Please link my longstanding email account in the @Tiscali.co.uk domain with my active TalkTalk broadband account so that I can continue to use the tiscali domain email address and email service without having to pay anything extra such as an Everymail subscription.

Relevant details are in my Profile.

 

Please make this link urgently because at the moment I cannot use my email at all.

Mailbox manager IS currently available at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/mailbox-manager  for TalkTalk broadband customers.

What is not available, is an indication within Mailbox manager, indicating that the listed email addresses are linked to 'MyAccount'

It helps you manage your emails on MyAccount, we do not have information on when it will be sorted.

@Philile-TT   but surely there should be somewhere that I can check to see that the email account has been linked to my broadband account.  Other service providers make it easy to see the email addresses that are provided with their broadband service.  Why not TalkTalk?

@Hatherop thank you for the update, if your emails are now working as they should after the escalation then you should not worry about losing mail services it means that it has now been linked with your account.

My tiscali.co.uk email service seems to be working 'normally' again.  Thanks to TalkTalk @sabelo-TT for arranging this.

 

How can I now verify that my tiscali.co.uk service is permanently linked to my TalkTalk broadband service / broadband account?  I haven't received any communication either from TalkTalk or from Everymail to confirm this.

Post back on here if need be after that time has elapsed, @Hatherop, but note, they mean 2 working days.

I do not think I received any communication from you, advising me that you were going to migrate my account to Everymail, but I cannot be absolutely sure.

We did not complete the form on 22/09/2025 as you did not confirm the details required. Please confirm if you received any communication from us, advising you we migrating your account to Everymail?

I am experiencing a total loss of all functionality from the email service.
 
When I log in to email, I get an Everymail banner saying "Account Deletion Notice: Act Now!"    I am then, after a short period, automatically logged out of the email system and returned to the email login screen.
 
I attach a file showing the banner.
 
Please resolve this issue urgently.
 
Before I started this thread on ‎22-09-2025 01:52 PM, I read and actioned the instructions (dated 20-06-2025 05:14 PM - edited ‎05-09-2025 12:15 PM) for "Current Broadband Customers" at 
Please advise urgently when you will once again provide to me the email service that is part of my TalkTalk broadband package.

Are you experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in your email account?
