I understand that this might now have been solved - re spam from everymail.com.
However, regarding 'blocklisting' a whole email domain, it is possible.
e.g. to block all emails from 'everymail.com':
In TalkTalk webmail --> Cogwheel --> All settings --> Access Lists --> Blocklist --> Add new address -->Enter '@everymail.com'
That's with a '@'
