Received an email stating I would soon be charged for using my Homecall email address as I am not a Talk Talk Broadband customer, but I am, and Homecall was bought by Talk Talk, so will charges apply to me?

Hi there @Obipax just to confirm you completed the information via a link? which link?
As the form needs to be completed on our end.

@Obipax, I have removed your. Pdf links as they are in a format which can be edited by anybody.
Having made sure there's no personal information showing, you could load these as images, which can't be changed by random Talktalk community members.
However, staff will not be back on here before Monday to sort out this sorry state of affairs.

I completed the information as requested via the link a few days ago. I also received a message this morning from 'Kanye' stating TalkTalk is aware there is an issue and I need to be patient, as I originally asked about all of this back in June, please see the copies of the messages attached and you can see I was assured my account was flagged as exempt and I need not worry so I am not happy that this has not been resolved and that I wish the message that keeps telling me I must subscribe removed as I login, and I wish to be able to send emails as soon as possible, otherwise I am going to have to rethink about TalkTalk being my broadband and email provider going forward.

I have received a message saying I cannot now send emails without subscribing to Everymail but you have advised previously, that I would not be affected. Please can you remove this instruction from my account and allow me to send my emails again without subscribing ,as you had stated this would be the case as I am a TalkTalk broadband customer. I have also added the information necessary to my account from the link that you requested to be completed in your previous reply. Please advise as soon as possible when my email account has been updated accordingly and when I can send emails again, many thanks

Hi, @Nigel563
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.
Please also see here for information.

In November 2024 I needed to start working from home and my employer needed me to have a static IP address. Unfortunately TalkTalk residential could not offer this so I had to move to TalkTalk Business. I asked that as I was staying with TalkTalk could I keep my TalkTalk.Net email addresses and was told that I could and there would be no charge. I have just had an email from TalkTalk residential telling me that they are going to charge me £50 per year per email address from September. Why is this as you are the same company?

As per your first question, Yes I have the email address you have contacted me on, with TalkTalk i.e. ends with, @Homecall.co.uk and 'homecall' was taken over by Talk Talk and I have broadband with Talk Talk.
There is no private message in the messages on this community login and nothing more in my email except you saying you have sent a private message, where is the private message located?
For everyones information this has been resolved.

@Obipax already said he has email services with TalkTalk
He said he uses a @homecall.co.uk email address. This is a TalkTalk email address
He also said he is a Talk Talk Broadband customer.
Why are you asking a question when he has already answered it himself?
Obviously, many customers are receiving inappropriate emails from TalkTalk
