In November 2024 I started working from home and my company needed me to have a static IP address. Unfortunately TalkTalk residential couldn't offer this so I was directed to TalkTalk Business. I was assured that I could keep my talktalk.net email addresses at no charge. However I have now had an email telling me that I will need to pay from September. Why is this as you are the same company?

I think I have completed the necessary forms. You state that TalkTalk business may have been informed earlier this year about email addresses but I haven't been!

I appreciate you are not a residential customer any longer but please put as much information in your private notes field as possible so that staff can look into this.
I seem to recall that the business division was sold a while back so this may affect the ability to accommodate your request.
