Hi there @PETER184 You can download the bill via online my account if you still have access, as online My Account holds 12 months' worth of bills.
However, if the bills available on my account does not have the information you require, I will have to request a bill reprint for you which will be sent via post and should have
1. Name of account holder on final bill and your address.
2. Broadband Charges mentioned as contract breakage fee.
But we are unable to provide: 3. Disconnection date of your previous supplier.

I have removed your personal information. That needs to go in your Community Profile. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
