How to subscrbe to everymail after leaving TT

I left TT on the 1 Feb and dont want to loose email, I understand I have to subscribe to Everymail, but the everymail webite wont let me. So what is the grace period on leaving TT and when will TT      email with details on how to subscribe to Everymail.
