I have recently left Talktalk and my email account has been transferred to everymail. I can access this at the moment, but understand that I need to pay at some time. I need to know how to do his, I have  had no information from talktalk

Thankyou

There is a period of grace after leaving. Says fr8ys but what is it -- I have quit TT on the 1st feb . I was due to move to UW but I'd rather choose ISP  than be just moved. I'm afraid of loosing email and also want Everymai, but cant subscribe. With Three now and getting 1gb , limited by the eero box, also half the priceof 150meg on TT.

When you need to transfer and subscribe to Everymail, you will be sent an email with the appropriate link.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
