She is accessing via her phone (Google Pixel 7), when I update the outgoing settings they seem OK but when I update the Incoming settings

 

Server: mail.talktalk.net

Port: 993

Security Type : SSL/TLS

 

Then the validation of the server settings takes over a minute and returns "Couldn't open connection to server"

Neither mailbox has shown up as limited.
