I pay for TalkTalk Broadband but I can’t send emails from my Tiscali account

I have the Talk Talk broadband package but I have been unable to send emails since 28th July.

Many thanks for your help.  My email address was already in my Personal Information on TalkTalk and I just called their Customer Support Team on the number you provided and they told me they will fix the problem asap.

You need to make sure that old Talktalk email addresses are associated with your My Account so that you get treated as a current customer for emails, @DaveH9.

 

Phone 03451 720088 or use Chat over the weekend or simply add your email address in Private Notes in Personal Information in your profile - staff will fill in a form with the information after the weekend, but there's a crisis getting everything processed just now which means that people simply can't send from old addresses for now.

 

Go to your community profile via your avatar; settings etc....SAVE CHANGES.
