Hi 

I've added my talktalk emails to my broadband profile in private notes. Can these be linked - how do I get confirmation.?

The banner appears  on  one of the talktalk email addresses  entered in my profile.

Hi @RedRobin100, I see that the form for adding your email addresses was completed on Monday for you and i understand that this has been over 48 hours, i will follow up for you and let you know once i receive an update. In the meanwhile to ensure we have all the information we need to get this resolved, please confirm for me if the email address that you are receiving the red banner on is one of those that you've added to your profile or is it a different email address? Please do not post any of the email addresses here.

Morning..

I am still unable to send emails..says Failed  see outbox..

Message there is.  This email has been classified  as spam by the provider..

I would appreciate  this beig resolved as a matter of urgency. Thanks

Thank you so much for confirming the above information. I have located your account and as you have an active broadband account with us, you do not have to subscribe to Everymail. I have completed a form for you and our back-office team should have this resolved, you should expect your email services to be restored in 48 working hours.

Yes..says to subscribe, but I am an existing broadband customers.

Morning 

Sorry I don't think so, I don't recall receiving any email ,but may have deleted it..

I have been unable to send mail for 2-3 weekes  now but am still receiving incoming.
