Changed all my devices before 17th FEB, yet locked out now with password cannot be validated messages. How do I get the account reset?

Hi kelpweed, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

CS Gondola may be able to advise you,  @kelpweed. Otherwise wait for staff to reach your thread and reply during the day (Monday to Friday).

 

They will need to identify your account. Please complete your community forum profile details. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
