I have no access to my emails since you moved them to Everymail. I keep getting a message saying my account is disabled and due to be deleted unless I subscribe. When I click on the subscrie button it then won't let me log in to set up the subscription.
I sent an email with a formal complaint about this problem on 7th April after spending a futile 1.5hrs on the phone trying to get one of your alleged customer service people to help me resolve the issue. They kept hanging up on me.
I had an auto response to my Formal complaint email saying you would be in touch within 72 hours. We are now on 13th April, 144 hours or 72 hours x 2 and I have still had no cotact. This problem needs dealing with as a matter of urgency

@Jeannette661 thanks for clarifying, but you will need to pursue this via phone or chat as there are no staff on the forum now and it's not something that we can offer support on.

I was already subscribed and paying £5 a month for my emails and everything was working fine. The last payment went in January but then no payments since.
As per my note above "I have no access to my emails since you moved them to Everymail. I keep getting a message saying my account is disabled and due to be deleted unless I subscribe. When I click on the subscribe button it then won't let me log in to set up the subscription"
I can't respond to an email sent out this week because as per my note above I have no access to my emails so I can't see anything.
Even though my account has been forcibly transferred to Everymail, TalkTalk are still responsible for sorting out the mess that they and Everymail have made of this transition. I have taken advice on this matter. Hence the complaint to TalkTalk. Plus if I can't get to speak to a person at Everymail just exactly how am I going to be able to fix this problem. At the moment as far as I can see, Everymail and TalkTalk are holding my email data hostage and neither one of them wants to deal with the problem.

If your account is managed by Everymail, then there is nothing TalkTalk can do, complaint or no complaint.
Have you actually managed to subscribe and pay Everymail though?
Are you trying to respond to an email sent out this week as a number of customers were contacted inadvertently.
Please see here for more details and the action you need to take depending on your circumstances.

Thank you

I tried to contact everymail. You have to go through an office bot that needs to verify your email address before it will put you through to a person. It doesn't recognise my talk talk email address so refuses to put me through to a person. I haven't been able to find a way round this ridiculous system.
All that aside. I have still been waiting 6 days for talk talk to respond to an urgent formal complaint.

Hi @Jeannette661 have you tried contacting everymail? If they now manage your account they will be better placed to assist than this no longer staffed community.
