Have been informed messages from 2 people sent via iCloud have not been delivered to my talk talk email account. Shows fault (62) 24 202 42 TT992. Have received emails previously.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
We're aware of that issue and waiting for TalkTalk to resume tomorrow to tell us if the blocking of icloud.com messages can be relaxed. I believe the rejection of all messages is the unfortunate consequence of a flood of spam targeting TalkTalk Mail users from icloud.com mailbox addresses.
