Inability to send emails

I can receive mail, using Talktalk webmail, but when I try to send, I receive the error code 554-554 5.7.1. And the message I am blocked from sending emails.  have followed advice Ady sent re running an anti virus programme, and changing my password, but the problem r3mains. I have also tried ringing a help line, and am still waiting for the promised response. What do I do now.

Hi Ady.

I received a call from a person called Laura last Saturday. Can you thank her so much, she sorted out my problem within a few minutes. She was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I must add that  she has restored my faith in talktalk.

I've asked the team to unblock your mailbox and allow sending again. Hopefully it won't take too long to happen.
