Unable to send email

I get an error message when trying to send an email to any of my contacts. The error message is either 'reject for policy reason' or 'need RCPT command'. I use Thunderbird but they also won't send from TalkTalk webmail. I have tried from my PC and from my phone with the same result. How can I resolve this?

@MD4541, you need to contact Talktalk during the day. Opening hours for phone / Live Chat are listed in this link:

They can only look into the webmail issue.
