Legacy (Tiscali) emails being marked as Spam

Yet again, emails from my legacy Tiscali email account are ending up in Gmail recipients Spam folders and most of them miss my email.  

 

I tried sending an email to <test-mail@talktalk.net> and it bounced back with "Recipient Rejected" 

 

There have been previous episodes of this and it's very damaging to your brand, not to mention rendering my Tiscali unusable (because I need to rely on recipients seeing my emails). 

 

You need to sort it out.

I understand you frustration, however the issue in the past was established to be with the third-party apps, hence I have advised please test out webmail so I can assist further.

I will but if it still occurs I'm cancelling my TalkTalk broadband and finding another provider.  This issue has recurred again and again and again over several years.  TalkTalk has failed to grip the issue.  It's completely unacceptable.  Tell me one thing - has this issue ever been discussed at Board level - because it absolutely should.  So many of your customers are affected.

Please try testing using webmail and let me know if the issue occurs.
