No access to emails

I have not been able to access emails on any device since Thursday. I am getting an error message when asked to enter my password. I tried to change my password but do not know which alternate email and mobile are linked to the account and can’t see how to sort it out on line. Please help as I need to urgently access an email in my account.

There is no staff support here until Monday now.

 

As you say it's urgent you would be best to either phone or use chat.
