I have a tiscali webmail which i pay for monthly. recently my account cannot send emails. I am blocked from sending on laptop and phone but am still receiving mail.

seems that new company couldn't just take old payment details and transfer them...this has taken over 3 hours and shows no sign of sorting..real big mess.

That spells out whether you need to set up fresh payment details with Everymail, depending on your method of payment.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your services. However your TalkTalk mail plus account was disconnected on our end and the account was migrated to Everymail this was in September.  The last payment you made to us was in August. Please contact Everymail via: Please visit Everymail Support
