My talktalk legacy account is not sending any of my emails. It is a filtering problem within the talktalk server and it refers to 503 RCPT errors, internal delivery failure, The emails are perfectly innocent and sent to regular correspondants but will not send even to myself. Trying to find a live 'chat' link has defeated me. The internal delivery (TalkTalk → TalkTalk) is failing. My address is a tiscali one.

@mandisa1-TT, I have just re-edited the post [post 3#] as the account number was still showing. Only an email address had been removed.

I edited you post and deleted your TalkTalk account number, as the post is public. Did you receive any communication from us advising your TalkTalk mail plus account has been migrated over to Everymail?

I do not have a broadband account just an email account for which I pay you £50 per year. . I think I said that above. This is a legacy email‑only Tiscali account. I’m getting 503 RCPT errors and policy‑reason rejections. Please escalate to the email platform team / Postmaster.” I gave you my account number above but repeat it here .

I am not picking up an active broadband account. Did you receive any communication from us advising of your account being migrated over to Everymail?

I think you some severe filters put on the account and I cannot send to anyone even my regular children and as a check to myself?
Appreciated if you can fix it. I have recently paid my annual subscription.
