Legacy eMail address not working. Please link it to my account.

My tiscali email address has stopped working. I have updated the private notes in my profile with the affected email address. Please will you link it to my account and let me know when the problem has been resolved. Thankyou.

Thank you for confirming, I've filled in the form for you, so you don't have any issues with your emails anymore. I've also noticed that you added your Gmail email on your private notes, please note were unable to link third party emails so I just completed the form for your tiscali email okay. Thanks

Yes,  Everymail have blocked me from sending any email using my Tiscali address. Their pop-up says I need to subscribe or my account will be deleted by 31st October.
