Thank you so much for the information @casper69, I have located an active broadband account and have completed the form for you, so the back-office team can link both the Email addresses you have listed. However it will take 48 working hours to be resolved.

That's the number I get when I log in, but it shows my previous service, as I upgraded not long ago.
