Hi,

 

Can you please link an existing mailbox of mine to my account please.  There is no option to do this in the mail manager

Hi @Edward77, thank you for reaching out, I am sorry to hear about the problem you have with the email service. I understand how important it is to you to have working email service and kindly note that we have escalated this issue on our end and now with the escalations team and currently waiting for feedback, once we get an update from the team, this will definitely be communicated with you.

Thank you for your response but I still have not had this issue resolved and the email account still remains unassigned to my account.  Can you tell me when this will be resolved please?
