Link legacy emails to my broadband account

As a long term TalkTalk account holder I would be grateful if you would link my legacy emails as listed in the private notes section of my profile to my broadband account and restore the ability to send emails. I would be grateful if this could be done as soon as possible.

Good luck with that they were supposed to be looking into this for me and sorting it out 2 weeks since still not got anywhere. I spent about 7 hours on the phone trying to get it done
