I have logged into my talktalk account and have been a broadband customer for 20years. However have found that I can see the main account email as an admin but the other 4 email address under this is no longer visible. They no longer see to be accessible or linked to my account or in mailbox manager.

I still pay for broadband and was told for paying customers emails continued as before.

how do I get admin access back to all of my email accounts?

Any news, have heard nothing yet and really need to access my emails in the account that I’ve been locked out of for no reason!

Looking on the notes on the account, I’ve noted that the issue has been escalated to our team of specialists, who will investigate it for you. Please wait for their feedback.

I can check and confirm if the case was escalated.

No nothing.

There is no banner on webmail and when I login to mailbox manager I can just see the admin email, none of the rest appear.

The other issue I have is that one of my other emails have randomly logged me out and when I do forgotten password nothing is received so I’m stuck and can’t get into those emails specifically.

I spent 2 hours of my evening last night on chat to talk talk support and got nowhere with it either. They advised a case has been raised and someone will contact me but I have no emails mentioning this and have heard from no one since.

nothing has changed with my account with talk talk for years so this can only be down to an error caused by talk talk end.

Please log out of your webmail, clear the cookies and cache in your browser, then log back in and let me know if the email appears. Thanks

Thank you for keeping us know. When you access webmail, do you see a red banner at the top of the login page?

Hi, no I’ve received nothing about a migration or information on such a thing.

Since googling a lot last night mention of this has come up but I was not aware of this change or that this issue was possible

Thank you so much for the support @ferguson

Hi there @Jojojoey We will need to look into your account and check if the Email addresses are linked to your account, just to confirm did you receive any communication advising you of the migration to Everymail?

OK, thanks for that. There seem to be many issues with TalkTalk email at the moment. This has been flagged up to the support team and you should get a response when they are back online tomorrow.

Yes still working, although the reason I was looking at this is because one of them randomly tonight logged itself out and won’t let me log back in. When trying to reset password nothing comes through so stuck on a loop.

therefore I went to manage it in the admin account and it’s not there now either.

the rest are fine tho

Are the email addresses still working as such?
