Current Broadband Customers.
If you have received an email regarding changes to your Email, or are seeing a banner when logging into WebMail, and you are a Broadband customer, please note that if you provide the required information you will not be charged and your email address(es) will be associated with your Broadband Account.

Non Broadband Customers
If you are, not a current broadband customer and you wish to retain access to your Email addresses then your only option going forward is to subscribe to Everymail.
Please note that TalkTalk staff have no access to Everymail Systems and are unable to offer advice if you need to transfer to them.
