I am in the middle of trying to handle probate following the death of my Aunt.
The msg talktalk (550 - 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason) is coming up on emails I am trying to send and the messages instead of being sent are going into the spam folder. I have never experienced this problem before and it is causing much distress at a difficult time when I am needing to work my way through tasks.
Please could you sort out the issue.

@Taylor7 is your address currently associated with your ongoing Broadband service or is it a legacy address? If the latter, it needs to be sorted by staff when they get back on here after the weekend.
Otherwise, there does seem to have been an issue recently for some customers not being able to send and @fr8ys has reported this issue for attention.
Unfortunately there's no staff support on here at weekends, and nor will the 03451 720088 be open before Monday, but you could try live Chat.
