I have 5 Talktalk emails that need to be linked to my new broadband account. How can I do this.

Thank you for confirming that all restrictions have been removed and that this was actioned in October. Can you confirm they have been linked to my new account as the Chief Executives Office want to close down the complaint but I don't want to do that unless I know for certain that this has been done. Thank you

Looking into the account I can confirm as per my colleague advised, a webform was submitted for you in October for all 5 Email addresses you listed to be linked to your account. The back-office team has made sure all restrictions have been removed on all Email addresses, meaning you will continue having access to your emails and there is no need to panic. Should you experience any issue with your Email services please let us know.

Hi, I have added my old and new account numbers in the private notes. Can you confirm the 5 email addresses  have been linked to my new account number. Once this is confirmed I can mark this as complete. Thanks

@Philile-TT I thought that would be the case.

I appreciate that you had given the assurance to @Julie2000 a number of times, but given she kept coming back with concerns, and having finally established why she was worried, I felt it best for you to spell it out, as you have now done so, so thank you very much.

@fr8ys please note that we have mentioned above to @Julie2000 that if she is not having issues with her emails, the back-office has removed restrictions, a form was submitted on the 27th of October 2025 for the emails to be linked, the back-office has been making sure that the emails are not restricted so whether the emails are showing on the account or not, it being able to function means that the emails are linked please bear in mind that the old account is disconnected if the emails were not associated with the new account the customer would be having issues because they have mentioned on the previous thread that they received communication to sign up to EveryMail. The team has been working to re-instate emails for TalkTalk customers once everything is done, they will then add the emails on the correct account numbers and so forth. Once again @Julie2000 please do not worry about the emails if you start receiving notifications about subscribing to EveryMail you can then contact us by then to resolve that for now your emails are working as they should please do not stress about it not showing on the account. @fr8ys I hope that my explanation is clear.

@Philile-TT

@Julie2000 is concerned that whilst she can view all 5 mails with no restrictions, that they are not associated with her new account.

After much toing and froing I established that she can access Mail Manager using the ID and Password for her old My Account and not the details of her new My Account.

It's for this reason that she has concerns that her email addresses are not linked correctly.

I requested she clearly noted the 2 account numbers in her private notes field so that you could check they are linked correctly and finally put her mind at rest.

Thank you.

@Julie2000

To avoid any more confusion, can you add you old and new account numbers clearly in the private notes field of your profile to ensure that support staff have linked your emails to the correct account, and not linked them to your old one.

Link to your profile here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info

Don't forget to save the info after adding.

Thank you

Ah, right. You don't need to use your my account details old or new to access the Mail Manager but one of your email addresses to access.

I think your use of your old my account details has confused everyone.

Staff have confirmed that your emails are linked to your new account, so in future you only need to use your email to access.

Perhaps, now we have got to the bottom of the issue @nambuso-TT @Philile-TT  @amahle-TT one of you can confirm for @Julie2000 that the emails are definitely linked to the new account and not the old one she has been using to log in.

Thank you.

Yes, I have logged in via that link and I can see all 5 emails. As previously said, I have to use.my old username and password,  but I can get in.

Or is what you are having trouble with, is logging into My Account as when you log into My Account you see your old details and not your current broadband account with TalkTalk?

So have you, or have you not, logged in via the link I provided?

Once logged in it should list all your emails on the first page.

This is not a webmail facility, but one that allows you to manage your email accounts.

What does it show you on the first page once you have logged in using any one of your 5 emails and associated password?
