Link Talktalk emails to my new broadband account

I have 5 Talktalk emails that need to be linked to my new broadband account. How can I do this.

@Gliwmaeden2 yes that's correct. My account is not the way to access emails these days.

 

@Julie2000 if you see them all in Mailbox Manager, as staff have previously advised, your emails are linked to your Broadband account.

I think it's because you should only be managing your emails through Mailbox Manager nowadays, @Julie2000, NOT through My Account. 

 

@fr8ys, could you correct me if I'm wrong about that?

 

Talktalk knows that the addresses are connected to a current broadband service with Talktalk.

Hi, Thank you for your help. Yes I am using the link and when I put my Talktalk email address in, ir works and I can see the email addresses.  When I use the Gmail email which is linked to my new account, it does not work and when I log into "My account" using my Gmail, it still does not show me the email that should be linked to the account.  I just want to make sure the Talktalk emails are linked to my new account.

Hi, I am trying to get to Mailbox manager but it says my password is not correct, Tried to reset password but it still says the same thing!  I then go and try to reset it but it is not sending the password reset email.  So I am stuck

Please use the link below to check if the emails show in your mailbox, if they do not show please go to the option where it says add mailbox.

@Julie2000 as mentioned on the previous thread the team has not yet started to list the emails on the accounts but they have re-instated the emails. If you wish to wait for the emails to show on the account and also for you to be able to manage your emails, please then advise the team that you will not close your complaint based on that. Thanks.

Thank you for confirming that all restrictions have been removed and that this was actioned in October. Can you confirm they have been linked to my new account as the Chief Executives Office want to close down the complaint but I don't want to do that unless I know for certain that this has been done. Thank you

Looking into the account I can confirm as per my colleague advised, a webform was submitted for you in October for all 5 Email addresses you listed to be linked to your account. The back-office team has made sure all restrictions have been removed on all Email addresses, meaning you will continue having access to your emails and there is no need to panic. Should you experience any issue with your Email services please let us know.
