Are you using the link I provided?
You should only have to log in with one of your email addresses and password for that email address.
For the time being ignore you logon details for my account either old or new.
Once logged via
how many of your email addresses are showing?
If all 5 are showing you have nothing to worry about.
If any are missing then in your private notes field state the email you used to sign in. Detail any others that are showing and then detail any that are missing.
Please post back once done so staff can then check for you.

So with the new username and password, are you able to access webmail?
on 18-12-2025 10:29 AM
As I replied, my old username and password show the emails on the app but I had to change the username and password with the new broadband account
on 18-12-2025 10:27 AM
Hi, no, these had to change when the new broadband account was set up. It is only there with my old username and password.

For the link that Fr8ys posted it just requires your email address and password, @Julie2000.
These should not be the same as the Username and password or whatever you use to sign into My Account.

Thanks, It is still that I had to access the app with my old Talktalk log in details and not my current Talktalk log in details. I would have thought if they had linked them to my current Talktalk account, it would be these details I use, not my old Talktalk account details.

@Julie2000, you should be trying to view the email addresses through the apps.talktalk..... etc link that @fr8ys posted, NOT via https://auth.talktalk.co.uk/login?....
etc.
Though the emails are connected to your current broadband account etc, you do not access them from the My Account but from the separate log in pages for Talktalk mail.
Maybe that's where there has been some misunderstanding?

Thanks for advising @fr8ys

Do you see all 5 emails addresses if you log onto the mailbox manager?

I'm truly sorry to hear about this situation. Since you mentioned that you can send and receive emails, there's no need for concern. I checked your account, and I can confirm that a web form was submitted in October to ensure you would not be migrated to Everymail, given that you have an active broadband account.

Hi this is an ongoing matter. I had a Talktalk account for years, Talktalk cut me off by mistake and made me open a new broadband account. The 5 emails associated with my old account are used by me and the family. I asked for these to be linked to my new account. The chief executives office at Talktalk tell me to speak to Everymail as they deal with it now but I was messaging here and staff assured me they would link my old emails to my new broadband. They arr saying this has been done but why can't I manage the 5 emails from my account. I am worried that in a few months time or when I eventually leave talk, that I will not be able to move them to Everymail and pay, if thats what we want to do. This has been going on since June and I am getting really fed up of not getting a definite answer.

Hi there @Gliwmaeden2. Thank you very much for advising.

@Julie2000, scroll down this page:
https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Email/Find_info_or_guidance_about_my_Email/Email_Transition_FAQs
You'd have to have subscribed to Everymail by the end of October if your old email addresses were not linked to your Broadband Service - and presumably you had never subscribed to Mailplus either, so, as a current Talktalk broadband customer, Talktalk has to keep providing the service.

Thanks but that is why I am worried. Chief executive office says I am with Everymail and I have to speak to them but the staff replies on here say I am still with Talktalk! I just need a definitive reply!

If you leave Talktalk, you have an initial period when you still have access to the emails via Talktalk.
You wait for them to send you a link in an email for signing up for Everymail - don't do it before that stage, @Julie2000.

Hi, will they be done so I can manage them?
Also if I leave Talktalk, how would I deal with them so I could pay for Everymail?
