I have 5 Talktalk emails that need to be linked to my new broadband account. How can I do this.

Yes, I have logged in via that link and I can see all 5 emails. As previously said, I have to use.my old username and password,  but I can get in.

Or is what you are having trouble with, is logging into My Account as when you log into My Account you see your old details and not your current broadband account with TalkTalk?

So have you, or have you not, logged in via the link I provided?

Once logged in it should list all your emails on the first page.

This is not a webmail facility, but one that allows you to manage your email accounts.

What does it show you on the first page once you have logged in using any one of your 5 emails and associated password?

@Julie2000

Are you using the link I provided?

You should only have to log in with one of your email addresses and password for that email address.

For the time being ignore you logon details for my account either old or new.

Once logged via

https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?_gl=1*13z14ia*_gcl_au*MTI2Mzc1NjY5MS4xNzY0MDg2MTkwLjEyOTA4MjM...

how many of your email addresses are showing?

If all 5 are showing you have nothing to worry about.

If any are missing then in your private notes field state the email you used to sign in. Detail any others that are showing and then detail any that are missing.

Please post back once done so staff can then check for you.

So with the new username and password, are you able to access webmail?

As I replied, my old username and password show the emails on the app but I had to change the username and password with the new broadband account

Hi, no, these had to change when the new broadband account was set up. It is only there with my old username and password.

Hi there @Gliwmaeden2 Thanks for helping out.

Message 34 of 102

For the link that Fr8ys posted it just requires your email address and password, @Julie2000.

These should not be the same as the Username and password or whatever you use to sign into My Account.

Thanks, It is still that I had to access the app with my old Talktalk log in details and not my current Talktalk log in details. I would have thought if they had linked them to my current Talktalk account, it would be these details I use, not my old  Talktalk account details.

@Julie2000, you should be trying to view the email addresses through the apps.talktalk..... etc link that @fr8ys posted, NOT via https://auth.talktalk.co.uk/login?....

etc.

Though the emails are connected to your current broadband account etc, you do not access them from the My Account but from the separate log in pages for Talktalk mail.

Maybe that's where there has been some misunderstanding?

Do you see all 5 emails addresses if you log onto the mailbox manager?

I'm truly sorry to hear about this situation. Since you mentioned that you can send and receive emails, there's no need for concern. I checked your account, and I can confirm that a web form was submitted in October to ensure you would not be migrated to Everymail, given that you have an active broadband account.

Hi this is an ongoing matter. I had a Talktalk account for years, Talktalk cut me off by mistake and made me open a new broadband account. The 5 emails associated with my old account are used by me and the family. I asked for these to be linked to my new account. The chief executives office at Talktalk tell me to speak to Everymail as they deal with it now but I was messaging here and staff assured me they would link my old emails to my new broadband. They arr saying this has been done but why can't I manage the 5 emails from my account. I am worried that in a few months time or when I eventually leave talk, that I will not be able to move them to Everymail and pay,  if thats what we want to do. This has been going on since June and I am getting really fed up of not getting a definite answer.
