I am looking for a deal as an existing customer.
So, I go to the highlighted 'Deals for existing customers', at,
https://www.talktalk.co.uk/broadband/deals-existing-customer
There is the usual choice, New customer/Existing customer.
So, I leave it selected at 'Existing customer'
At the top of the page it says:

Below, it says:

Now, we all know what happens, when we Log into MyAccount and then goto 'MyOffers & Upgrades'. Gliwmaeden2 often points this out.
So the question arises. How do I get a Full Fibre upgrade deal?
Not to upgrade to VOIP. I already have that. But to upgrade to a slightly faster package.
I also know that it can be negotiated with the Loyalty Team, via 0345 172 0088
But, I am asking, can I use the New customer procedure instead of the Exising customer one, to achieve this.
I am asking the staff. The others are not welcome.
