Hi Everyone,

Until recently I was able to see all my 5 email accounts when logged into my main address. 

Now I can only see all my email addresses within my mail box.

Is this an error or has there been an update?

Hi Chappers, I've not seen any comms to say we were changing this, but we've also had this problem for a long time where additional mail addresses couldn't be added to the logged in one. 

 

If you send me a personal message with the affected email address, alternate email address and mobile number and I'll put through the request for the update.

HI, thank you for your reply,

I can see my 5 emails addresses in my mail box, however I am not able to see them all when I sign in with one these.

Previously all my email addresses use to be visible and drop down from the signed in one. Has this changed or is it an error?

Also I have an issue with one of them as there is no recovery option available to change password other than send the reset link to the email address that has the issue. I need my registered mobile added to this address to enable me to reset of password.

Hi Chappers, there are 5 email addresses linked to your account. Do you mean you can't see them in MyAccount?
