My Mailplus subscription payment was delayed by a few days some weeks ago, but despite a promise made over tge phone 10 days ago, it is still restricted to webmail. How can I get this resolved?

Hi BarryV, the mailbox has been unlimited if you still can't use a mail client please check the email settings.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi BarryV, the agents will have tried, but the business hasn't created a process for them to get it restored. I've asked a colleague to restore the mailbox to full service. I'll post back once I've had word its sorted.
