Hi Ady

 

We had an exchange about my wife not receiving emails over the last few days. She started to receive them yesterday, so thanks for sorting this. I tried to update our exchange but it wouldn't let me. Kept telling me my credentials weren't verified. I have now noticed that I am no longer receiving emails from the email address in the private section of my profile. Plus I cannot login to webmail. As far as I am aware the server settings are correct. Would it be possible for this to be looked at please? Thank you.

Hi Maltman1746, there's been a delay in getting this restored, I've sent a chaser to the team to get it sorted.
