Missing emails

Some of my recent emails in my inbox disappear for no reason

Do let us know when you find out what's happening to some of your mail messages. There may be additional guidance that you need to action depending on what you find.

TalkTalk does not delete messages from the Inbox and there is no ability for senders to recall messages once delivered.

There are two ways for some emails in the Inbox to be removed from the Inbox.

1. A signed in user is deleting the email that moves it to the Trash folder
   Emails in Trash are auto-deleted after 30 days
2. Downloading and deleting the email by using a POP3 mail collection service or software
   A POP3 email account will download emails to the collection service or software device
   ...and delete emails older than a date set by the user of the service or software

A more complex way is to Apply a Filter Rule to existing messages in the Inbox but if you were doing that I'm sure you would say.
