Moving emails to another folder

I can’t move my emails from my inbox to another folder. This is since the ‘update’ and it is making me angry not being able to resolve this problem!

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with your email service, particularly with the functionality of moving emails and the deletion policy. Please try right-clicking on the individual message, this also provides the option to move it.

before the up date when you opened a email at the top of the page it said move when clicked on it a drop down box opened up  where you pick witch folder you wanted to move a email to { i pay £5 a mouth } for a service that isnt work like before and in a email i was sent by talktalk it said the emails would delete after 21 days
