Moving my tiscali eMail addresses to TalkTalk mail plus

I have recently moved my Broadband service from TalkTalk to EE via a”combined services account” with Utility Warehouse. Broadband works fine.
My email service used 2 eMail addresses with Tiscali.co.uk (one for me, one for my wife) and I used Outlook 2007 to receive (POP3) and send (SMTP) mails to and from Tiscali. I wish to retain both of those eMail addresses.
I understand that I can sign up to TalkTalk Mail Plus service where I can retain my email addresses.
Can I then modify my POP3 (in) and SMTP(out) settings in Outlook 2007 to access my mail?
My existing Outlook 2007 Internet eMail settings are:
User Information
Your Name: My Actual Name
Email address: myname@tiscali.co.uk
Server Information:
Account type: POP3
Incoming mail server: pop.tiscali.co.uk
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): smtp.tiscali.co.uk
Login Information:
User Name: myname@tiscali.co.uk
Password: ********
I would appreciate any advice.

Outlook 2007 has not been supported for years, do you not have a more modern mail client you can use? As for POP3, why?

Hi, @steviewright
The current information is given in https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Email-settings-to-access-TalkTalk-emails/ta-p/2204399
So,
Incoming mail server: mail.talktalk.net port 995 (if you continue with POP3, and not IMAP)
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): smtp.talktalk.net port 587
Email address and username remain the same.
Bill
