please help. I wish to subscribe to Everymail as I have a tiscali account and wish to continue using it. However I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to do this but am getting nowhere. If I try to sign on to Everymail I get transferred to my email account which shows Everymail on the front screen but apparently this does not mean I am signed up. If I press the Subscription button I go to a TalkTalk screen that does not send me anywhere. As you appreciate I need to sign up to Everymail, I just can not rise losing my tiscali account. Please TalkTalk help me I need to talk to someone to guide me

Hi there @Winscombe17, thank you for reaching out, kindly refer for the response by @Gliwmaeden2 and confirm if you have an active broadband with TalkTalk. Before continuing any further, please update your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here. Please do confirm once done.

Are you trying to subscribe because you no longer have a Broadband service with Talktalk, @Winscombe17?

If your broadband is still with Talktalk you must not try to subscribe.

If you had already left Talktalk but used Mailplus for your emails, you need to wait for the system to switch over to Everymail automatically.

If your broadband is no longer with Talktalk and this is just a legacy email address, yes, you need to subscribe directly with Everymail at this time. You need to try to follow up any glitches therefore with Everymail customer service.
