I understand and the previous agent submitted a webform to get your emails linked to your active broadband account. I am asking about the communication you received regarding Everymail. Since you have an active broadband account with us you shouldn't be affected by this. I am asking these questions so that I can submit a webform for you so we can stop sending communication to you about Everymail.
Please confirm if the email address you received the communication on the same as the one we have registered on your account. Thanks

Hi there Please refer to the below link to know more about our transition to Everymail.
Email Transition FAQs - TalkTalk Help & Support
You did mention that you received an email stating that you should subscribe to Everymail as you are no longer a broadband customer is that correct?
on 11-08-2025 09:56 PM
@sabelo-TT After talktalk webmail shuts down for ex customers do I continue to use the usual talktalk webmail portal
on 11-08-2025 11:06 AM
So, since you are currently an active broadband account holder, communication will be shared to all clients to what will happen next, but I will strongly advise for you to worry not about this.
on 11-08-2025 11:02 AM
Thank You Once Re Linked Do I Continue To Use TalkTalk Own Email Portal Even After Sept 8 Also What Are The Next Steps Now @sabelo-TT
on 11-08-2025 10:59 AM
Thank you for this. Please note that I have escalated this matter to our email team by completing a form and sending it to them. Whilst this process is in hand, I will strongly ask for your patience with this as the team will further communicate to you once this has been done. 🙂
