Good morning

I have recently had Fibre 500   installed.  I am not however able to reconnect my HP Envy 6000 wi-fi printer.  I have received advice from HP to confirm that my supply is in Frequency 2.4GHZ.  I do not know how to check this and would be grateful if somebody could please reply.

Are you using an eero? Do you receive a specific error message when you're unable to connect the printer please?
