My Tiscali Email is not loading on my samsung mobile 

I pay 50 pound a year for this ao i would like to know why

I have the same issue, which has appeared over the last couple of weeks.  When I go into apps.talktalk.co.uk on my iPhone7S (iOS 15.8.5), I get no response, just the spinning wheel. I have added my account per the given instructions.
