@Christopherm,

There's a chance that, if you are sending out to multiple customers at once, your address is being treated as a source of Spam. Try sending out fewer at a time.

If you are running a business from home, you might be better moving to Talktalk for Business. Strictly speaking the service you are on is for residential customers, so you need to clarify with Talktalk what the scale of the business is etc - take a look at the Ts&Cs linked at the foot of any Talktalk page. These haven't been updated to reflect the fact that so many people now work home.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

You can ask your recipients to add you to their safe senders list and mark as not spam.

If your email addresse has been marked as roam you could try turning your router off for at least 30 mins to start a new session and get a new IP.

Failing that you will need to contact TalkTalk direct as there is no longer any staff support on the forum.

Please see my signature for details.

Thank you.
