OK, Not-faceless bot, Ady, tells me I have to open a new topic on this so here goes:

Third attempt at alerting TalkTalk to the fact that I too am not receiving any emails from Tesco regarding online shopping. No receipts, advisories, confirmation of orders - zip, nada!

Have Tiscali address if that makes any difference.

Maybe this post will be the one that finally makes TalkTalk take action?! We live in hope...

Hi Joobles, thanks for letting us know Tesco emails are getting through now. I'll keep an eye out for other customers reporting issues with next. If they do I can raise an incident for it.

A week later and one or two emails received but very sporadic - one went to inbox, one straight to spam folder and several  not received at all!

What is going on TalkTalk? This is still a major problem!

Not had any emails from my Next account confirming payments etc either - had thought that was just Next, but now wondering if this is another TalkTalk issue!

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!

Hi Joobles, thanks for starting the new topic. I've added your details to the existing incident I opened. Hopefully, OpenXchange our mail platform provider will get to the bottom of this issue caused by the filtering of mail before too long.
