Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.
Wednesday
For the past few weeks I have been having problems with my email account. I keep getting email from different names supposedly from TalkTalk asking me to verify my account and saying that I will no longer receive emails after a particular date and asking me to click on a link. I have always just deleted these emails assuming they were spam. But one of my regular email contacts has told me that whenever I send them anything it always goes into their spam folder. I also tried to email another regular contact and I received an email back saying that my message was not delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. In the return message for that contact the email stated "Remote server returned '550 5.7.509. Access denied, sending domain talktalk.net does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject.'

Dear Ady,
Yes, it was just the one email address I was trying to send a message to when I got the rejection automatic reply. The email address I was trying to message was 'treasurer@thecathedralglasgow.onmicrosoft.com'. I always use the webmail when I send any emails.

Hi Snowball59, you're right to delete those mails they are phishing mails. When you get the rejection message are you sending to just the 1 email address and using webmail when you do it?
